This year for Also known as Africa AKAA 2021, Galerie Véronique Rieffel presents an exhibition entitled Portraits de femmes with Johanna MIRABEL, Hélène JAYET, Olga YAMEOGO, Anico MOSTERT.
Through the representations of women, these artists reveal the complexity of their personal stories, their sensitivity and their strength. Their view is unique and yet when it is transposed into their works, it becomes universal. Based on their experiences, the artists question in their own way our relationship to others and to our history as well as the definition of the gender today.

On the initiative of the professional committee of art galleries, more than 200 galleries were present at "Le Pari(S), La Semaine De L'art". The galleries affirmed their resilience and confirmed Paris as the capital of art lovers.
On this occasion, the Carole Kvasnevski Gallery invited the Véronique Rieffel Gallery located in Abidjan. It was born from this meeting the exhibition "Conversation de Routes".
A discussion through the works of artists Clay Apenouvon, Gopal Dagnogo, Lindokuhle Khumalo, Sthenjwa Luthuli, Zanele Muholi and Jean Servais Somian.
This week dedicated to art took place from October 19 to 25, 2020.
